Delivery Policy We do not provide international delivery yet, if you not sure please contact us. To be able to track you order and updates on the status of your order, create a profile on our website and you will be able to track the status of your order and any more updates on your order. Orders can be delivered to a different address with the same region or city, before your order is shipped. Please contact us via email at urbantwentyfive@gmail.com with more information on the order. The estimate delivery time for orders is 3 to 5 days depending on the customer’s location. For example, an item going to Ootschron can be delivered within 4 days while an order to Johannesburg can take 4 to 7 days. We do accommodate collections from our warehouse from time to time if a customer wish to collect from us. We are ready to take your questions about delivery and returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
